A viral video of Joseph and Sylvia Dolan from Doncaster has been viewed over 8.4million times on TikTok.
Their daughter Jackie captured the moment her parents danced to Elvis’ song ‘Don’t be Cruel’ and liked the idea of sharing their joy with others.
And she certainly did that.
Here’s something to brighten up this dull day: Pensioners Joseph and Sylvia Dolan from Doncaster are currently a big hit on TikTok (whatever that is!) 😆

Their channel has reached countries all over the world and she’s received messages from as far as Hawaii, Siberia and Mexico.
Jackie Broadbent had the idea to get her parents up and moving when she became concerned about their mental and physical health, as a result of the pandemic.
‘They were getting really low during the first lockdown and were just vegetating and sitting there all day unable to go anywhere or see anyone.’ Jackie explained in a TV interview.
Her dad Joseph, who is 83 suffers from a weak heart and occasionally has to sit down mid-boogie. His wife, 82 also suffers complications related to arthritis.
But nothing stands in the way of this power couple, and Joseph has promised his fans that he’ll keep dancing ‘as long as he possibly can’.
