Gloucestershire will host a full stage of the prestigious Tour of Britain for the first time when the race reaches it’s sixth stage.
Whilst the race has run through Gloucestershire previously, this is the first time the entire route will be within the county borders.
The penultimate stage of the 2017 tour finished in Cheltenham, where Dutchman Dylan Groenewegen sprinted to take the stage win.
It also previously visited the county in 2014 and 2016.
