Santiago Carreras has been named in Gloucester’s starting team for tomorrow’s meeting with Leicester Tigers as the Cherry and Whites make two changes for their latest Premiership fixture.
The Argentinian back signed a new contract earlier in the week after impressing in his short spell at Kingsholm so far.
Charlie Sharples comes into the side for the first time since December, while Carreras’ fellow Argentinian Santiago Socino starts in the front row alongside in-form Alex Seville.
Former England international Billy Twelvetrees will start at inside centre, with Willi Heinz and Tom Seabrook also taking their place in the midfield.
Meanwhile, opponents Leicester have made a trio of alterations as Hanro Liebenberg returns from suspension.
Dan Kelly has also been handed a start, while Ollie Chessum returns to the bench after scoring his first try last week.
Tom Youngs and Dan Cole, who have both made over 200 appearances for the Midlands club, also start.
Leicester have won six and lost six of their twelve games so far this season, while Gloucester will be looking to move further away from the bottom of the table.
