Gin and Juice

Gin and Juice at Bar 131 in Cheltenham has released a new ‘No ‘n’ Lo’ mocktail menu in January which offers non-alcoholic drinks: Nojito, Spiced Mule and A Winter Walk.

Assistant manager, Adam, said: “We’ve got a new menu out to really promote no drinking. It’s always worth a go to try something different.”

All Bar One

All Bar One also have a ‘No and Low Alcohol’ menu which they have all year round, giving the option of non-alcoholic drinks that are very similar to the alcoholic alternative. This is an alcohol-free Pornstar Martini with a lemonade shot, try it and see if you can taste the difference.

The Fire Station

The Fire Station offers low and non-alcoholic mocktails too and have seen a rise in sales of soft drinks this month.

“This year more than ever people have come in in the afternoons and evenings asking for lime and soda or mocktails. Usually we have a few people come in but this year we’ve had loads.” Joe, barman at The Fire Station.

The Sober Parrot

The Sober Parrot is an alcohol-free bar that hosts events and socials all year round for people who want to enjoy a night out but don’t want to drink alcohol. The perfect place to enjoy a non-alcoholic drink during January without the temptation.

As well as these, most bars in the town are offering alcohol-free drinks as well as vegan menus to encourage you to keep up those New Years resolutions. So before you decide that you want to give up on dry January, look around at the tasty alternatives Cheltenham has to offer.
