9. Falafel King
If you’re looking for something to sink your teeth into after a night out or just want a night off from cooking then this is the place for you. Their cheap and cheerful food is perfect for vegans and with a whole range of falafel you can’t go wrong. However, the menu is very limited to this dish so if you’re not a fan of chickpeas, this isn’t for you.

Plant power is this restaurant’s moto for the month! They have brought out a limited vegan menu just for Veganuary and we are loving it. This contemporary dining for you and your friends is definitely worth a try before the month is up! They even have a rich chocolate pot for dessert. Just saying…

A healthy alternative to a famously greasy food. It’s the Subway of burrito places, allowing you to choose your filling, sides and extras. Vegan options-wise are limited but what they do have is extremely tasty and won’t ruin your New Year’s resolutions.

5. Bhoomi
This stylish Indian restaurant is one you would save for a special occasion. They offer private dining and ask that customers dress in smart attire. With prices on the more expensive side, I’d keep this one as a treat.

4. Koj
Authentic Japanese food, curries, soup and deep fried chickpeas. What more do I need to say. This small, unique dining experience is perfect for a romantic dinner for two. Their passion for the NOsushi campaign is great for anyone put off by raw fish, and stops any temptations to help you carry out Veganuary with ease. Definitely one for East Asian food lovers!

1. The Coconut Tree
We’ve finally made it to number one! This restaurant-style curry house has all things curry, cocktails and coconut. Perfect for a date night out or cosy night in with their range of takeaway foods. With only four locations around the West Country, it’s an exclusive restaurant that’s a must try. They describe themselves as youthful, authentic, energetic and outrageously delicious. And now the number one vegan restaurant in our books.
