After a long few months, fans are finally being allowed back into football stadiums, much to the joy of managers and fans.
For the likes of local side Cheltenham Town Football Club, this could provide the boost they need to get to the top. Currently second in the table, the team are set to play third-placed Exeter City at their home in the Johnny-Rocks Stadium this Saturday.
However, with Covid still present, for the fans who do get to sit in the stands, things will be very different from what they know.
SEASON TICKETS: Last night we confirmed the information season ticket holders attending Saturday’s match with Exeter City need to know in line with having a safe environment for the game at the Jonny-Rocks Stadium.

With the capacity of the Johnny-Rocks Stadium at 2,000, the total amount of fans that will be in attendance for Saturday’s match will be half of that and only season ticket holders will be allowed in.
The stadium will be very Covid safe with a one-way system their fans must follow and masks are being made compulsory for all those attending the match. Fans will also be seated in a socially distanced manner with seating allocated in advance.
After the year we have had, fans are just glad to be back in the stands watching their home team again.
Cheltenham Town supporter James Brown has praised the club for their work ahead of Saturday’s game, “What a great job @CTFCofficial are doing ahead of this weekend.”
Good to chat earlier @JennieThomas11 and @MrNipps!
