The Emergency Services were called to Cheltenham this morning with a report of Arson.
A resident reported that a car had been set on fire on St. Phillip’s Street with the rear passenger door open.
Police are appealing for witnesses and would like to speak to a man seen in the area at the time of the fire as he may have useful information.
The man was seen wearing a blue t-shirt with long white sleeves and black trousers, heading in the direction of Great Norwood Street.
