New Restaurant Brings Fresh Food To The Table

A new Italian Resturant Olive Albero Ristorante opened this week in Cheltenham. Dana Tanasa from Milan and raised in Romania wanted to stop waitressing and become her own boss.

“It’s different and the taste is different.” She is confident her restaurant will stand out from the rest because they bring fresh ingredients and food to the table, there are no shortcuts here for finer food.

Although there was a slight delay in the opening they have had some busy days and as Dana says: “everyone loves Italian food.”

The head chef Giuseppe Catena is said to be very professional and will only ever cook fresh food, he will spend two days getting the food prepared and tasting as best as it can be.

Dana said: “I just want to see how this restaurant goes and if it goes far maybe I will open a Romanian restaurant.”

Dana is determined and confident about her restaurant and wants to make a difference for herself and for Cheltenham. They are currently doing to linguine, pasta or pizza for $4.99 they also provide vegetarian options for anyone who enjoys eating meat-free.
