An impressive re development of Grange Park in Bishops Cleeve has been planned with a multimillion-pound budget consisting of new interiors and improved accessibility.
Former headquarters of Zurich, the improved space will have 180,000 sqft of office space overlooking 100 mature, protected trees in an 11-acre parkland, Grangefield Park.
Redesigned with natural materials, the park is looking to have as little effect on the environment as possible, in an effort to become sustainable. Using renewable electricity sourced from solar panels as well as green gas. Plus, an EPC rating of B.
The spaces are valued at up to 50 percent less costly than the equivalent town centre rent, which is just three miles away, with current tenants consisting of Capita.
Some of the new refurbishments include facilities such as a café, supermarket, gym, electric car charging and offices to “the highest standard” – official grange website.
The project is estimated to be ready for some point in 2023.
