Cheltenham born Paul Casey to compete in the upcoming RBC Heritage in South Carolina

Cheltenham-born Paul Casey will be competing at the 50th annual RBC Heritage on Thursday after an eye-catching final round to the Masters.

Casey put together a fantastic run where he was on track for the course record, when he moved to nine-under par on the 15th hole.

Sadly for Casey, he then parred the 16th and bogeyed both the 17th and 18th holes to finish two shots shy of the record of 63 which was set by Nick Price in 1986 and Greg Norman in 1996.

The amateur course record for Augusta is held by member Russell Knox at eleven-under-par, 61.

The 40 year-old will be looking to pick up his 19th professional win after winning the Valspar Championship with a score of ten-under-par overcoming the likes of Tiger Woods, Justin Rose and Jim Furyk to reclaim victory.

The world number 13 tees off at 17:40BST and will be hoping he can replicate the form he showed in his last round at the Masters.
