Forest Green Rovers are looking forward to their next match at the Fully Charged New Lawn against Mansfield Town at 7:45pm.
This comes after the club missed out taking all three points away from home after they drew in the last minute against Northampton Town.
When asked if the match will be his biggest test so far, Forest Green Manager Rob Edwards replied “It’s certainly the most important because its the next game.”
We’ve prepared well…they are an incredibly hard working team and they’ve found a winning formula. Last couple of months, they’ve been terrific and we’re in a good form; so makes for a really good game”.
The Rovers currently sit on top of the League 2 table and are still looking to get promoted to League One as champions, just like Cheltenham Town did last season.
Over the past five matches, the club remain undefeated since they lost to Swindon Town in early October.
The team currently at second place is Tranmere Rovers, who have won four out of their five matches.
Mansfield Town are currently 7th in the table and are hoping to end Forest Green’s unbeaten run. If successful, The Stags will rise to 4th in the table and improve their chances of securing automatic promotion to League One.
