Femi Oluwole, founder of “Our Future, Our Choice!” (OFOC for short) campaigns against the UK’s decision to leave the EU. He has captured the attention of young people in the UK and he is set to speak out in Cheltenham
The vote for the UK to leave is something Femi wishes to prevent.
In February 2018, he challenged Nigel Farage on the radio station LBC.
OFOC describe themselves as “a group of angry determined young people who think Brexit is a disaster and should be stopped”.
Aged 27, Femi even quit a traineeship at the EU agency.
On the group’s website, Femi says: “Even though it was my dream role, if I didn’t do everything in my power to prevent Brexit, I would never forgive myself. ”
I want this guy to be on telly and radio all day. More sense out of his mouth in a few minutes than the thousands of hours from our so called political leaders right now. I assume @bbcnews doesn’t want him? https://t.co/ZDMAVSYZxl

In a piece for the Guardian, Femi wrote to Labour’s leader Jeremy Corbyn urging him to “fix the broken society our generation has inherited”.
He’s also appeared on both Sky News and BBC News, to discuss the matter and the importance of the EU for young people in Britain.
Cheltenham voted to remain in the EU, during the referendum. The group Cheltenham For Europe are set to host the event, in which Femi will explain why Brexit is “hell” as he previously described it.
Femi will speak out on Friday 27th April at the Bacon Theatre.
