One of the police officers leading the investigation has spoken of Gloucestershire Police’s battle against knife crime.
Inspector Matt Phillips said: “Every incident of knife crime is a tragedy, and we accept that, and we understand the concerns of the community and we’re working very hard to tackle the problem.”
He continued: “Of course we will be doing everything we can to bring the offended to justice.”
