A Donoghue Double as Encanto Bruno saunters clear at Cheltenham

Keith Donoghue is at the double at Cheltenham, as he wins the Trustatrader Novice Hurdle on Encanto Bruno at 11/4SP.

It was a simple success for the Gavin Cromwell’s horse, who is no stranger to success at Cheltenham.

He claimed success at this meeting last year and clearly loves it round here!

In second place was another Irish raider in Mel Monroe who finished second for Sean Bowen and Gordon Elliott.

He finished half a length clear of Henry De Bromhead’s Tag Man, who ran well to finish third under Rachael Blackmore.

Local trainer Nigel Twiston Davies has Push the Button who finished a never nearer fourth.

You can back Encanto Bruno for the Ballymore Novice Hurdle at the festival, at current odds of 25/1!
