Wrap up warm and start your Christmas by going to town and watching Cheltenham turn festive.
From 2pm-7pm Saturday 20th November, you will find magical characters making their way around the town, with illuminated dance displays, festive music, and some exciting promenade theatre. The brewery Quarter Christmas lights switch on party will take place on the same day from 4pm-7pm.
Keep your eye out for characters such as the snow queen and the snow wolf as well as roller skating unicorns! There’re several magical characters to find and talk to.
The Christmas market is now back, the perfect place to visit whilst waiting for the lights to turn on. Walk along and smell the fresh scent of pancakes and burgers being flipped. The market is full of food and homemade gifts, perfect presents for relatives this Christmas.
The light turn on has been organised by Cheltenham BID and will be a stunning display to add a Christmas sparkle to Cheltenham. Feel the magic in the air at the light turn on, it’s going to look incredible.
