The FA Women’s National League Southern Premier Division prepares for a mid table clash as Cheltenham Town Ladies take on Milton Keynes Dons at The Spiers & Hartwell Stadium, the home of local club Evesham United.
Both sides come into this game without a win in their previous two fixtures with Cheltenham losing 2-0 to Portsmouth and 3-1 to Watford.
MK Dons also dropped points against Watford, losing 2-1 to them and also suffering a 2-0 loss to Gillingham.
Tom Davies’s side currently sits sixth in the league and level on points with a game in hand with Billericay Town whereas tonight’s away side see themselves six points behind Cheltenham in eighth.
The Robinesses will look to get revenge after losing the previous fixture between the two sides 2-1 thanks to a late winner from Tricia Gould.
A win for either side tonight will give them an opportunity to jump up a place in the league table if results in other games go their way.
Win, lose or draw the Robinesses will need to be ready for Sunday as they return into action where they take on relegation side Plymouth in a must win game in a busy week of football.
