Cheltenham Town take on Derby County at the Completely-Suzuki Stadium in League One as they look to turn around their poor form.
The Robins take on Paul Warne’s side having lost four of their last five league matches, suffering a 2-1 defeat to Morecambe last time out.
A win against Shrewsbury was sandwiched between defeats to rivals Forest Green Rovers, Plymouth Bristol Rovers and the Shrimps.
They did win 3-1 on Tuesday night in the Papa John’s Trophy against League Two Salford, which included a goal for new striker Will Goodwin.
Derby come into the match off a 3-0 win over Barnsley in the FA Cup, their third win on the bounce.
The Rams have only conceded one goal in seven matches, something that has helped them rise from mid-table to promotion contenders.
They have also been scoring plenty of goals recently, bagging eight in their last three matches.
Derby were relegated from the Championship last season under Wayne Rooney due to a points deduction handed to them earlier on in the season.
The Rams nearly produced a miracle but ended up going down, with Rooney leaving Derbyfor D.C United in the MLS, and Liam Rosenior taking over managerial duties.
Rosenior stepped down a few month ago, with Derby struggling for wins, and they took the opportunity to get League One promotion specialist Warne from Rotherham.
Cheltenham also experienced change over the summer with manager Michael Duff leaving for Barnsley and Wade Elliott stepping into the role.
The Robins struggled for form early in the season, but picked up over the autumn, before their recent slump.
They sit six points above the drop and will be looking to increase the gap on Saturday.
This game is the first time the two sides have met in any competition, with this being the only time both teams have been in the same league.
They were meant to play at Pride Park in September but the game was postponed due to international call-ups at Derby, moving the game to February.
Saturday will mean there will only be seven more teams in the football league Cheltenham haven’t played, Manchester United, Chelsea, Arsenal, Liverpool, Aston Villa, Middlesbrough and Blackburn.
They have played Arsenal and Chelsea’s under-21 sides in the Papa John’s trophy, most recently beating Chelsea 4-0 in December.
They will be hoping for a positive start against the former top division champions, but it will be a tough ask against arguably the form team in the league.
