Everton have gained four points back on their 10 point deduction that they received for breaking Profit and Sustainability rules (PSR).
The Toffees received this points deduction in mid November having received the biggest deduction of points that the Premier League has ever seen.
Having gained back four points they now climb to 15th in the Premier League on 25 points.
This means that they now sit five points clear of the relegation zone and they are now ahead of Brentford and Nottingham Forest in the league.
This may not spell the end for the Blues and Forest as they both face a separate charge for breaching PSR rules.
It remains to be seen whether both Everton and Nottingham Forest will be deducted points which could spice up the relegation zone.
At the top of the table Manchester City could receive deductions based on the 115 charges that they faced last year.
A punishment for these huge charges could come out at the end of the year potentially ranging from heavy points deductions, relegations or huge financial fines.
