Former Gloucester City striker James Harding has joined Bishop’s Cleeve FC for the remainder of the 2024/25 season.
Having terminated his contract at Hungerford Town earlier in the week, Harding joins the Mitres as a free agent.
The Gloucestershire based striker has an impressive CV having played for the likes of Gloucester City, Cinderford Town and Yate Town, notably scoring a very “bizarre” goal for Hungerford in which the Tonbridge Angels keeper believed the ball was out of play only for Harding to place the ball in the back of the empty net.
One of the most bizarre goals I’ve seen in a while!
