Wales will play their first World Cup since 1958 beginning their campaign against USA on the 21st of November. There are many questions to ask with Wales vying for qualification to the knock-out rounds.
We ran a poll to see who Wales fans feel will be their player of the tournament come the end of their campaign, here’s the results.
Kieffer Moore, 47%
A clear favourite heading into the tournament Kieffer Moore is understandably running away with the vote having played a good number of minutes as well as being on goal scoring form. The striker has four Premier League goals this season having played his way as a starter in the over achieving Bournemouth side that see themselves sat in 14th.

Standing at 1.96 meters Moore will always be a danger to opposition defences and most likely to walk out Wales top scorer.
Gareth Bale, 18%
Likely a slight shock that Bales score is so low though the 5 time UCL winner has struggled to maintain match fitness ahead of the World Cup playing 13 times for LAFC though only hitting 346 minutes in that time. This came to head in Wales Nations League match against Poland where Bale looked tired and not up to his normal standard.

Aaron Ramsey, 16%
Aaron Ramsey will always be high up on any list of Welsh players having shown to be arguably Wales most important player at times, from stepping up to get Euro qualification in 2019 to his star performances in France in 2016. Ramsey also heads into this tournament in a lot better shape having had a injury stricken run since the 2016 Euros finals, though now finds himself coming off consistent game time at Nice in Ligue 1

Neco Williams, Best of the Rest
We asked fans to respond with some outsiders that could be the standout player of Wales World Cup run and by far the most responses came for young full back Neco Williams. The Nottingham Forest player has had a brilliant start to life at his new club being one of their star players after his £17 million move from Liverpool. he’s also played a key part for Wales getting to the World Cup despite moving from right back to left back.
