Freya Rowley completed her first season as dance captain at the University of Gloucestershire and it is clear to say it was a triumph.
“I am so proud of everyone, the girls have absolutely smashed it this year and I couldn’t have asked for a better team.” The 22-year-old commented.
The team hosted a ‘So you think you can dance’ fundraiser back in February which went onto win fundraiser of the year at the sports awards last week.

“Our fundraiser really got the whole University involved and each sports club and society learnt a routine to perform.
“It’s really great to be apart of this whole collective University experience.”
UOG Dance further won club of the year at the sports awards which was a huge achievement for the captain.
“I am so proud that we got named club of the year, we couldn’t have done it without all of the things that we have accomplished from marketing to Gloucester Rugby performances and fundraisers as well as all of our competitions.
“Everything has just come together to be the best year that we could’ve been.”
