A crash involving two cars has resulted in the offending car fleeing the scene.
The incident happened early afternoon on Saturday 19 November on Wendling Road.
The driver, who was driving a beige Renault Clio, with registration AY59 ZBR, allegedly spoke to the other driver and said they would pull up around the corner but then proceeded to drive off.
The driver was described as being a white man, in his 30s, heavy build, with dark hair and a beard. In the car was also a large dog.
Police are requesting any witnesses to provide information by filing a report on the Gloucestershire Constabulary website.
