LeBron James scored 34 points while also putting up eight rebounds and six assists in the Los Angeles Lakers stunning comeback win against the Los Angeles Clippers.
“I was in the zone, can’t really describe it. That was just the feeling – when you feel like everything you put up is going in,” said James
James scored 19 points in the final quarter to inspire a Lakers win despite starting the quarter with a 21 point deficit.
This is the Clippers second loss in a row now as their form continues to look shaky.
“When you’re up 21 points you can’t lose a game like that,” said Clippers coach Tyronn Lue.
The Clippers are still in a very good place as far as standings go but they will be looking to find their form that they managed in January.
As for the Lakers, this is their 7th win in 10 games as they look to establish a steady run and continue to rise up the Western Conference standings.
The Clippers now look forward to Saturday where they will look to bounce back against the struggling Washington Wizards, while the Lakers play tomorrow, also against the Washington Wizards where they will look to keep this hot run of form going.
